Recently, I’ve gotten about a billion request for Pinterest….okay, okay, so it wasn’t really a billion requests, but you get the picture. I NEED A TUTOR!!! The job description goes something like this:

Looking for a hot tutor, guys and girls may both apply…must be able to explain the purpose of social media sites like Pinterest, Stumble Upon and the likes….student does understand the purpose of the job networking sites, but since the student has been either a student or stay-at-home mom, for her ENTIRE adult life she’s not really sure why she keeps getting requests for the job networkingsites…..Student is a quick learner and speaks several languages except, Pinterest  & Stumble Upon….MUST be able to explain the purpose of these two sites, because student doesn’t it find it very Pinteresting to “pin”  items in the Travel& Places category, if she’s not able to type in the name of her favorite place (it’s Shizuoka-shi/Shizuoka-city, Japan by the way), or type in the names of her favorite books ( anything by Joe Sacco, Maya Banks, Cherise Sinclair, John Green or Jay Asher, are pretty high up on the list). Tutor must also be able to teach student how to use Skype, but don’t worry the studentdoesn’t need to know this until June. Tutor will receive a bonus, of they are able to fix Dragon Dictation so that it is easy to use…..

OKAY, OKAY, this isn’t a real job position but am willing to work with students needing to do an internship ;).

  1. There is a search box in the upper left corner on Pinterest
and yes you can search Shizuoka-shi/Shizuoka-city, Japan on Pinterest.
I have found many pics of Japan on Pinterest–new, vintage, rare.
